I must be a freak but I've never thought she was pretty. She has the ingredients for pretty but they come out looking too fake and plasticy or something. Her hair also always bugs the crap out of me. I don't know why but she always just leaves me cold so I never quite get it when men are all like "Wowee! Heather Locklear!" Bleh. Just bleh.

Thank you so much for putting my similar feelings about her into words. She's just totally fake and bland to me. With actresses like her, it just makes me wonder what will happen when her supposedly "good looks" really start to fade and she has to actually rely on her acting talent.

I'm not sure how I feel about her.

Remembering past interviews I've read or seen, she did impress me for being close to her family (parents) and not letting the acting thing go to her head. I question her choices in husbands though. I've no idea about Ritchie, but do remember hearing that her honeymoon with Tommy Lee was nothing but fighting. And she always struck me as very professional about her work, which seems rare in Hollywood.

This latest thing about divorce papers sure sounds odd. I hope she didn't blindside him. But then again, who knows what he did/said to cause her to do that.

As for blindsiding Richie? I wonder if she did actually tell him but he didn't listen. Kind of like when I tell Mr Y. to load the dishwasher and he nods his head and agrees but nothing computes. Maybe she's threatened divorce before and so all he heard was a "threat" when she was really telling him what was going to happen. Who knows?

Yes, this is what I thought too. I don't know her of couse, but she does seem like a tough lady you do not want to piss off. She's probably been unhappy for a while and has threatened divorce, and he didn't take her seriously. Now he's "blindsided". I don't believe anyone is completely blindsided in a divorce situation: not Nicole Kidman, not Jennifer Aniston, not Nick Lachey, and NOT Richie Sambora. There's no way one person feels the marriage is in enough trouble to file for divorce while the other one thinks they are blissfully happy.

Does anyone else remember her talking about eating macdonald's hamburgers with fries between the bun? (random, I know) For some ridiculous reason, I remember this little tidbit.

No, but I always put fries in my burgers! Have even turned Mr Ladyboy onto it. I was mocked as a child but it truly rocks the tastebuds.

Heather seems to talk about food a lot in her interviews. From what I've read I know she loves junk food, martinis with blue-cheese olives (yum), Tabasco on everything, mexican food, and margaritas. So, I think her and I could probably hang out and eat and drink ourselves silly. Although, of course, her ridiculous metabolism would burn through all those calories in two seconds whereas those blue-cheese olives would make a nice home for themselves on my thighs!

I read a quote from her where she said she would eat a shoe if it was covered in hot sauce. LOL.

I remember seeing her Lifetime Intimate Portrait a trillion years back and there was this one part where Richie played a song he'd written for her on his acoustic guitar. It was so sweet. I can't believe they're getting a divorce - and Brit & KFed are still together. This is a weird world we're living in.

I've noticed her talking about junk food a lot too, but as with most actresses, I assume she hasn't actually eaten any of it in about five years.

I don't hate her, but I also don't think she's that great looking. Calling someone a "Barbie doll" is cliche, I know, but to me she just looks exactly like a Barbie doll.

Actually I saw an interview with him several years ago and they asked him if they planned on having more kids. He seemed kind of uncomfortable and said that both he and Heather would have to agree on that, and she just wanted the one child. He said it's different for actresses in Hollywood, the career, the body, it's harder for heather, or something along those lines.



Richie's dad used to come in to the place I worked all the time for dinner. He carried publicity shots of Richie and give them out and would tell anyone he came in contact with that he was Richie Sambora's dad. A real goomba
