NO HE IS NOT DEAD!
;D
Nothing new, I just thought he deserved a topic. LOVE him as Jack McCoy. Absolutely love him. I only wish they could bring back Claire Kinkaid, because they were so perfect for each other.
Discuss.

Wow, you just about gave me a heart attack. After John Spencer's sudden death, I don't know if I could take another hit!
I love Sam Waterson and even sat through the Serena years on L&O for him. I too loved him best with Claire, they had chemistry up the wazoo. I also love how subtle their relationship was through the years.

The reason the chick that played Serena was fired was because he (Sam Waterston) had just bought Old Glory Robot Insurence, and her presence was raising his premiems.

His moral fury was just pitch-perfect in The Killing Fields. Broke my heart. I respect pretty much everybody involved with that movie.
I first saw him in The Great Gatsby, but I have to admit I thought he was overshadowed by the hotness of Redford and the sucking of Mia Farrow.

I was just thinking about robot insurance today! Should I get some? My brother's a computer science major with wacky computer science major friends, I think I should be prepared.
Oh, on topic? I love Sam Waterston. He is handsome, talented, and classy.

I love him too. I'll always have a soft spot for him left over from Serial Mom. He was so so funny in that.

I so wanted him to my father after seeing him in Jane of Lantern Hill. That is all.

I once caught him in one of those cheesy "Tales from the Darkside" type shows. Even there, he was great.
To my shame, my first exposure of him was on the History Channel's "Time Lab 2000" spots, where he'd give little factoids about various inventions.

He has one of my favorite lines in the L&O universe: "People who get in the way of my murder investigations get run over!" Sir, yes sir!
