Not to mention the new boobs she got just before she was fired. I think that it was actually the infamous haircut episode (where she, mid-shoot, decided to lop her hair off meaning that the producers then had to re-shoot every scene she had done for that episode) where I noticed the boobs. One day she was this normal-figured, normal looking girl. The next, she had the hulking great big boobs on a tiny frame. Eek. Starvation, blow and plastic surgery = always a good combination.

That's how I feel about her too. I can't help but like her because she doesn't pretend and is much more honest in a way.

Last year, she had a small role in one of those "The Earth is Ending Because of Some Monster ______" {insert natural disaster of choice} films. It was about hurricanes I think. Anyway, I actually had to freeze-frame the film several times just to get a good look at her face. Because, man, she did NOT look good! Unbelievably jowly and her skin was so wrinkly. She seriously looked a good 15 yrs older than her age, if not more.

The change was really remarkable from the beautiful girl who played Margaret Mitchell (of Gone with the Wind fame) in the latter's bio-pic. She acted really well in it too.

It's when you have a lot of flesh hanging and sagging off the jawline. It's different from a double chin which is more an issue of flesh under the chin. Jowls are excess, sagging flesh on the sides.

Shannen is a smoker, or at least she used to be, so that's definitely having an effect on her face.

I've always been a big fan of hers, and I like that she's very unique looking. I would have killed to have her hair during the 90210 high school years.

Wait. Why was she sacked from Charmed? If I were the producer, I'd let Alyssa go before Shannen. With Rose on it, it was like having two Alyssas anyway.
