I don't think she was a producer during the show-down over Shannon. The crux of the issue was WhatsHisFace's fascination and obsession with Alyssa, as well as his determination to make every storyline center on her character. Attention all Greecie Teenagers: The above picture of Shannen Doherty demonstrates while you shouldn't tan when you are young. I am 35, I definitely do not have the wrinkles she does, and I attribute it to staying out of the sun or using sunblock if I did go out.

Honestly I think it had less to do with the sun and more to do with the alcohol, and the generally rough life she's lived. Plus she's such an angry person. That will age a person faster then the sun.

I must reluctantly claim Shannen as a member of the horsey community, which also helps explain her old-shoe complexion -- many longtime horsepeople have leather countenances because they don't bother wearing sunblock and spend a lot of time out in the sun, squinting constantly.

Egads!!!!!!!! She looks 20 years OLDER than me, even though she's actually YOUNGER.

I don't think being a horsey person explains all these changes. At least she hasn't had plastic surgery to eliminate the jowls she had when she did the Tornado film last year. Only now, jowls have turned into full-on wattles. Makes me think of that character on Ally McBeal who was so into them.

Sorry, I'm rambling. I think that photo shocked all coherency out of me.
