ITA. And he didn't seem to go through that awkward period (i.e. fat, pimply, ooogly) or rebellious law breaking period. Good for him.

I am a HUGE Arrested Development fan, so naturally I love Bateman.
He just seems like such a great guy- like you could just go and have a beer with him. And then lock him in your basement and stare at his pretty little face.
Whoops- was that out loud?

Yes, I loved the Hogan Family. Or Valerie. Or whatever it was called.

In looks, he's always reminded me of Simon le bon. Anyone else see this? I think that he looks like Kenneth Branagh's brother. I saw a DVD cover of that White Springs or whatever FDR TV project that Mr. Branagh did with Cynthia Nixon of SaTC and I thought that it was Mr. Bateman starring in it. I thought when did he do that? Mr. Bateman has one of the best comic timing gifts in the business. And he's had it since childhood, too.

I agree that his way with a joke made Arrested Development- great comic timing.

Yup, my love dates back to Derek from Silver Spoons - even though I'm a few years older than he is. I was so happy for his success on Arrested Development. I hope that series is allowed to continue somehow, but if not, I hope Jason Bateman gets another series. I like seeing him every week.

Yes, I loved the Hogan Family. Or Valerie. Or whatever it was called. Me too. Remember the one where David and Sandy were waxing the living room floor and they got stranded in the middle, in a tiny unwaxed spot? Good times.

I'm always worried about reading threads of my fangirl crushes, that maybe they'll turn out to be a complete jerk. So I'm glad to see the love in here.
I adore him, I've got so much use out of my AD DVDs I'm surprised that they still work. My personal favourite comedy show in a long time and he's great in it.

I have such a crush on him. He's nice to look at it, but in an accessible way. Almost like he could be the cute guy at the office or something.
