She must have had some work done. But it is fabulous work. I can still recognise her as Jane Fonda.

She's admitted to having work done, but like Catherine Denueve, it's been subtle. It's not trying to look "young" but look "fresher". If that makes sense.

Is there such a thing as "80s plastic surgery" as in solely lifts and tucks? I feel like the stars who have had that done look a lot better than those that have had bones altered and things injected.

I've met her in person a number of times and I think she looks great up close. She has had work done, but she has not gone too far with it and can actually still smile. (She has always been super nice to me, so that may be influencing my judgement a bit)

At 81 years very much alive and getting arrested for a third time in three weeks (this time with Ted Danson) while protesting climate change. And because that alone isn't cool enough, she also accepted a Bafta award while getting arrested!

This is pretty cool. Jane Fonda's Elie Saab gown from the Oscars last night was actually a re-wear. She originally wore the dress in Cannes to the 2014 premiere of the (dreadful) Grace of Monaco. Apparently, Jane has sworn off buying any new clothes for the sake of climate change. TBH, I never would have guessed this was an older gown until I read about it. Good for her.

I also liked that Jane wore her natural grey hair rather than a wig like she usually does. It's a bit of a relief to know that there is a part of her that actually does age.
