Agreed. As for him being with her...I don't care. If they like each other, whatever. And it's also believable that it's a PR stunt, to get people to notice the film.

Although when I told my sister (who is 17 and in LOVE with EN), she flipped out.

I just saw Thirteen the other day. FOr the first time. Haha. Completely overrated. Really don't get all the buzz over it. Holly Hunter was great in it, though. She was the only thing I liked about it.

I'm a little confused about how a PR stunt in this case would work. If this is a p.r. stunt do you think they would have them actually hang out together and act cuddly or would they just post phony sightings on the web to get people talking.

I could well believe Ed particularly would not mind some low level talk about them trickling into the conciousness if not to help his career as such, but to help the film. He seems very hurt that his films and this one in particular which has been unreleased for a couple of years are being ignored by the public and distributors, so I could easily imagine him make it a mild, covert attempt at PR on the total opposite end of the scale from couch jumping.

Hi guys, newbie here.

I think Evan is an incredibly talented actor. She blew me away with her 'Thirteen' performance; the scene at the end of the film when she breaks down in the kitchen and tries to hide her slashed wrists from her mum because she's so ashamed had me in sobbing hysterics in the cinema. I don't find her particularly beautiful or even pretty, but I do love the sadness but the wisdom in her face. She has a lot of potential to do big things, provided she sticks with varied and interesting roles and working with respected A-listers. And definitely a huge thumbs-up for not being a teenage famewhore.

Buuut, I gotta say, the possibility of her shagging Ed Norton makes me throw up in my mouth a little. I like her and I lurve him, but no. Evan is a year younger than me and there's no way I could imagine myself seriously with a man of his age, so the thought of them together is just wrong. How does one even go from Courtney Love to Salma Hayek to Evan Rachel Wood?

Now that I think about it if those sighting are real I doubt there part of a PR stunt. The biggest reason is that if they wanted people to see them they would try to come off a little better than they did. Evan came off as very rude in one sighting.

Well, she confirmed that she was dating the guy from Billy Elliott, Jamie Bell. They met on that video they filmed together.

So I guess those Edward Norton rumors were Bull.

Jamie and Evan seem like a good match, they just fit or something.

Having said that, they're really going to regret getting each other's initial tattooed.

When I saw her in thirteen, I thought "wow, this girl is gorgeous". She never struck me as dumb or immature - a good comparison is Lindsay Lohan who was also became famous as a child.

People have a negative reaction to her dating Marilyn Manson, and I agree that it's weird and won't last, but I kinda don't. She doesn't seem like someone who'd date him for the drug connections, or because of daddy issues, or to look cool to her peers. I think (or am probably deluding myself) that they're together because they have great conversations, interests that go beyond partying, and some sort of connection.

I know there were rumours about Edward Norton. How true were they? It is suspicious when she's dating one older man after another, but it could be because she's more mature than guys her age. It happens.
