I found out in the last week or so that he's married to Bijou Phillips, which caused me to make the face. I thought about posting it here, but couldn't be bothered to dig up his thread.

He's dropped to bit, one-off parts in SyFy series. I think it was him (or his brother) on an episode of Haven the other week. He wasn't even particularly good in it and wasn't even the bigger of the two extra characters that week.

Ew. I like Syfy channel, even all its awful Original Movies. I don't want him getting clam juice all over everything.

Article says "According to two sources with knowledge of the case, the woman’s case file from 2004 vanished, leaving Deputy District Attorney Reinhold Mueller to reconstruct it."

Scientology probably has plants in the District Attorney's office, they've infiltrated government agencies before. In the 1992 decision R v Church of Scientology, Scientology in Canada was convicted of two counts of breach of the public trust. They infiltrated the offices of the Ontario Provincial Police and the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. In short, they stole documents from the government that were found in evidence collected when the "church" was prosecuted and convicted in America for their criminal conspiracy called Operation Snow White. Scientology is the only religious organization ever to have been convicted of a felony in Canada.

Sounds like it won't be hidden for much longer. I am not at all surprised that he's been accused of it.

This isn't the best time for a celebrity to be trying to cover up rape allegations. I hope they get him soon. I think it's tragic that Bijou married a rapist just like her Dad. Her childhood must have really messed her up.

The Underground Bunker (Tony Ortega) has another piece up today about it. Leah Remini filmed an episode of her show with the original three accusers, and it seems the LA d.a. office asked her not to air it, lest it cause problems for their potential case, so she convinced the network not to run it. Given the lack of action on the part of the district attorney and the fact that it's now been reported by Yashar Ali, I'll be curious to see if A&E goes ahead and runs the episode now.

He's finally been charged on the rape accusations. Took long enough; let's hope it goes to trial, and the women get some justice.
