I wanted to put this in the Scientology thread for posterity, because this is remarkable from that perspective, but I can't find it.
I think this is a tipping point against the Scienos. They have had enough power to bully the LAPD before - not anymore.

I personally don't think this could of happened without Leah Remini exposing their lies and criminal acts and for being there to support the women that came forward. I hope he is convicted and serves hard time. This "church" has to go down.

If the Clams finally go down, I might spontaneously combust from the schadenfreude joy.

I'm glad this piece of shit has been charged, and hopefully goes away for a long, long time, but I doubt this will bring down Scientology (see: Catholic Church and history of sexual abuse from priests).

I always knew this low-life was the vilest of the vile. May he receive the longest prison sentence possible.

I have read about these allegations against him for years. When I saw the headline this morning, said out loud, “FINALLY.”

I wonder if Leah worried about being offed by the clams when she first started exposing this evil cult. I must recommend her book on leaving Scientology. It's a fantastic, juicy, gossip read.

Seconded. I listened to it (it's called Troublemaker) on audiobook (Overdrive from my library), and it was like she was sitting there just talking to you about all the crap they did. I liked it a lot.
