Wow. I remember when I found out that she and Maury were married and I thought it was really weird because he seems like a sleazy tabloid guy and she (I thought at the time) seemed more like a serious journalist. SO, scrap that now. I'm going to drink some wine and just alternate between that video and the Twitney/Matt interview. Fun times.  ETA: Thanks, Brookie, I'll be sure to check that one out! And don't worry, I have many, many bottles. |

Make sure you have LOTS of wine available. More than one bottle. |

Oh, the few seconds of what I saw was too painful to watch. The off-key voice and the pseudo-sexy posturing just embarassing. I haven't turned off the television that quick in a long time.

I saw this on TV when I was on vacation last week, and my friend and I could only say WTF?? to each other over and over again as we watched the trainwreck. Also, girlfriend cannot sing. At all. Who thought that was a good idea? It was so creepy and bizarro.

Dude. That whole singing thing was one of the greatest things I have ever seen. It is so painfully bad - the part when she sort of stops and "oomphs" off of the piano is so, so funny - yet so earnest. Like, she is trying to make a joke but she it taking the whole thing so seriously that instead of making me think she is a funny gal, I just think she is a malfunctioning robot. I caught some of the clips they showed on the Soup but that singing clip just beat everything else into the ground.
Gotta love awkward jokes that completely backfire. Sorry I missed this trainwreck when it aired. So much wasted potential!
