For some reason I always thought they had an open marriage, or that they stayed together for the children or something. I don't believe in marriage so I don't really give two figs.

According to this blog, the photos were taken last night. Dang. Well, if they really do have an open marriage-and by "open" I mean truly open and not one where the husband screws around and the wife puts up with it-then fine. But if it's a Tiger-and-Elin scenario, I'd like to send Eve a nice nine iron for Valentine's Day. |

I suspect he told Melanie about his marriage. If he's truly in an open marriage, there'd be no need to lie about it. It is what it is.

Yeah, I imagine if the marriage is open he told Melanie, "Hey we can hang out and fool around but at the end of the day I will go home to my family!" Really, Ewan doesn't strike me as stupid enough to run around with his (alleged) girlfriend in a very public area and expect it be kept secret from his wife. So, yeah if they are screwing I suspect Eve knows and doesn't care.
With that said, E! News's sources are saying Melanie and Ewan are just friends. One of the ONTD kids offered scenario #3: Ewan and Melanie are friends but she wants to be more but it's not happening. She does look rather into him while he seems more interested in the sights.

One word that struck me in one of Lainey's articles was "adventurous" to describe Eve. So it sounds like it's not just open on Ewan's end.
So I'm guessing the happy marriage isn't a facade, but that they're more polymorous (spell?), then? (hmmm...maybe this means I have a chance! HA HA HAH!!!!)
ETA: I'm looking at eonline, and I can't find a damned thing.

According to the LaineyBlinds website, this blind from 2005 is about Ewan and his wife--so yeah, it sounds like they're both pretty into it. |

Ewan and Melanie were discussed during the "So True, So False" segment. I don't know if E! uploads those segments in their video section or not. You might try there tomorrow.
The disclaimer states this is just one person's opinion and (s)he is not affiliated with Lainey. With that said I think Ewan was suggested for those blinds and Lainey never denied him...

Also, if you click on the tag for his name, it shows some of Lainey's other posts about him hinting that he's the answer (or at least that they've got an open marriage)--that he's "lucky to have married someone so generous and evolved" and that the two have "unconventional ways of keeping it fresh."
