I can't say I get warm and happy feelings about this marriage, but Ewan's daughters are now on good terms again and seem to be excited about their baby brother. Also, Ewan and wife have been together for five years, so it does seem to be a pretty steady relationship.
Ewan still seems like a good dude, just quite a bit different than he used to be. But I guess people are allowed to change. I was just reading about how the happy couple enjoy simple pleasures like hiking in the LA canyons. Such a cliche.

They've been together awhile, they have a kid, everyone seems on good terms--seems kind of pointless to wish them ill-will at this point.
And they did a small, low-key wedding, which is miles better than some Gwen Stefani/Blake Shelton-esque extravaganza.

I admit, I’ve never been scandalized by the Ewan/Mary Elizabeth relationship so I am I bothered by this. It’s cliche but not an abomination to me. He, based on appearances, left his wife for a younger woman. It’s a tale as old as time. People meet other partners, people get divorced, people even cheat. It seems like Ewan is still an active father to all his kids and his older ones have posted about everyone getting along now and them accepting the family they have. He and his now wife have been together for a while. They all seem relatively stable. I haven’t heard any egregious stories or allegations. In Hollywood these days, it doesn’t get much better than that.
