It is a pretty busy dress, but it is just my style errr without the weird cape thing. That's just bizarre, however; with so much going on it's hard to tell she's pregnant.

I got curious and looked it up and the actual dress ( Alexander McQueen Silk Ruffle Cape Dress, $7295 at Saks) is apparently designed to look like a lampshade. ETA: I just saw a videoclip of her accepting the award and it's better when she's in motion and I could see why she'd pick it. But when she's just standing there, is looks like a ruffly tent. The model in the link above is 5'10" and a size 2, so the proportions are a bit kinder.
