This was a great interview - thanks for posting!!!!!! She is one lucky woman.
I love the fact that they have a pact to never be apart for more than 2 weeks. Good for them!

He was on the local news talking about it a few weeks ago. He was so adorably excited about performing it in front of his home crowd.
Guh, I love him.

Man, I'm going to need to go to Australia. Some smart person should film "Boy," because it's such a magnificent star turn.

That is an idea I can get fully behind. He was seriously brilliant in the role-Peter Allen is probably the happiest dead guy, ever.

I was hoping that they'd choose him. He's so charming and I never get to see him because I refuse to see Xmen. But I still think this film is going to be a major flop.

Woohoo!! Now this casting I can get behind!
Like nusan, I'm not sure that its going to set the international box office on fire, but I'm still thrilled that its going to get made. And I have faith that Baz will make something fabulous, even if it divides the audience. Its not as if the reception for his previous films has been one of universal admiration. They just developed cult followers.
Fingers crossed we don't have to wait more than two years for it to arrive.

Oh dear, Hugh and Nicole? That should be FABULOUS (and not just in the wink, wink Peter Allen sense). Maybe then Baz could do Boy from Oz. You know, for as much as I'd like Hugh to be gay, I too am always amazed and pleased at his great, fantastic relationship with his wife in every interview I read, including one I just saw in, er, Interview, conducted by Mr. Brett Ratner. He's so casual about mentioning her - unlike some people (cough, Mr. I LOVE KATIE, cough) - but caring at the same time. That's an awesome kind of affection and love. That doesn't mean that I don't laugh every time Defamer goes for the easy jokes. Sigh, is the Fountain ever going to arrive? Also, I take back ever mean thing I said in the "Pretty" thread after seeing that Woody Allen trailer. He should take on a film where he plays a swimmer or something of the like because the wet shirtlessness was very nice.
