Nuttier than Mr. Peanut's sperm. I'm guessing it was her bipolar issues.

I loved her on Another World. She was so awesome. And now she is so, so crazy.

What I always found un-believable is that she had a relationship with Steve Martin. Maybe that explains his ability to get "nuts" so well in his books.

After reading the comments about this case over at ONTD, I feel bad for her in a way: she lost her sister to brain cancer, her dad was a baptist minister who allegedly abused her and her mom's a psychiatrist who denied the alleged abuse and who thinks prayer cured her daughter of her lesbian tendencies...
Still crazy though. He alter ego Celestia must be back from space...

I mentioned this in the Divorce thread but Steve Martin wrote the movie Bowfinger and in it Heather Graham played a character who'd sleep with anyone and everyone to get ahead (at one point in the movie sleeping with Steve Martin's character) and at the end she was sleeping with "one of the most powerful lesbians in Hollywood". Rumors are that the character was based on Anne Heche so I can only imagine that she kept her real crazy hidden to get ahead with him. If the rumors are true.
I don't respect anyone who sleeps their way to the top but for those that sleep their way to the middle? Well, that's just sad. If you're going to do something, do it well.

The thing is though that Steve Martin is really rich. Not so attractive, sure. But stupidly rich. And funny. To trade him in for Ellen DeGeneres was kind of a sideways move, although I guess Anne was probably shooting for the cultural cachet of being a supposed power lesbian.

Actually, Anne dumped Steve well before she met Ellen, but she did dump him and, according to his friends at the time, totally broke his heart.
I think he's kinda sexy.

ETOnline is reporting that she dumped her husband for her Men in Trees co-star James Tupper. I actually like that show and I actually like AH's character, but now it feels all weird.
