I don't blame Demi...it's not her fault that addiction can be hereditary. I know people who never take a drink b/c of a parent's recklessness. It just didn't happen that way for Tallulah. And at 20, not many people are self-aware enough not to experiment even knowing family history. Also, who knows, it could be on Bruce's side as well, he just didn't give in to it & it was underreported. Technically this woman is an adult responsible for her own actions, but I do blame BOTH parents if they were as hands-off in parenting as it's been rumored. Threats of being cut off from cash should have been on the table way before now, and really, it's not the best way to send someone to rehab, with an ultimatum. Hopefully there was some family love talk in there too. And I'm glad/impressed her sister narced on her. Good sister! Don't keep that sh*t a secret.

The Scout topless thing bugs me. Yeah, I kind of get her point, but come on. In the face of Israel/Palestine, ISIS/Syria/Iraq, Russia and Ukraine, lack of clean water in the third world, sex slavery right here in the U.S., and on and on—the whole nipple thing seems to be a ridiculous thing to take a stand on. A line has to be drawn somewhere to keep Instagram from becoming straight porn and, yeah, some stuff gets lost in the gray areas. And it seems to be a waste of Scout's obvious intelligence. But, then again, it does seem like a cause consistent with someone raised in a vapid, image driven environment and a lack of exposure to "real world" issues. The other thing that is funny about it is that it's not a social battle. Instagram is a private company and it has the right to moderate content and usage. I get that she might be trying to ride the wave of outrage over sites like FB banning breast feeding and burlesque photos, but at the end of the day those sites probably don't care to change their policies, and some of it might come down to not having the man power to making sure the nude people are of legal age and away from kids using the site. Plus, there are plenty of sites where you can upload nudes. Tumblr totally allows it, for example.

So, why is Bruce Willis quarantining with Demi Moore and not wife Emma? One of the littles found a needle and poked herself, so after treatment they decided to just stay in L.A.? Hmm, okay. I don't think travel is really that big of a deal, COVID-19 or not. They've been hunkering down in Idaho for quite awhile now, I would imagine that a few days wasn't going to change things if they've been in a rural area. But I understand them not wanting to bring in any potential germs their way. Could they have stayed put in L.A. for a couple weeks and take a private plane up there to reunite? I'm not trying to be totally insensitive or wrong about the precautions that we have to do to prevent the spread. But I'm just thinking of how the family is so disconnected when they'd normally all be together. *shrug* It's great that they are so close and can bond like this, though. I don't know many divorced families that can be like this, not even some married couples!

They did the right thing. Once the stay at home orders hit, they shouldn't have traveled. (Many people still DID travel, but that defeated the purpose of the orders.) While I'm sure I would have moved heaven and earth to be with my kids and would have gladly accepted the risk with bringing them into my own quarantine space, they technically did the right thing by not doing that.

Well it all worked out well for Bruce. He gets to quarantine with fully grown adults rather than two young kids. As someone in lockdown with two young kids, I know which I'd choose

As someone in lockdown with two young kids, I know which I'd choose LOL, my one co-worker keeps asking me how I'm holding up because I live alone and I'm like "you live with your daughter, son-in-law, and two toddlers--I think I've got the better deal."

I'm clapping REALLY hard over here. 😂

Seth Rogen said something about how quarantine is going great for him because he doesn't have any kids. Couldn't agree more, Seth!
As for Bruce, it's still curious to me that he's following the strictest quarantine rules even though it means not being with his wife and little children for a very extended period of time.
There are all kinds of celebrities out there thinking the rules don't apply to them - from Andie Macdowell and her kids sneaking under barriers to walk in a closed public park, to Tom Brady getting a citation for the same thing. Suddenly Bruce Willis is a celebrity who DOESN'T think he's above the law? It's not really in keeping with the Bruce Willis we've all known and tolerated for the past 30 years. And based on his politics, shouldn't he be out there demanding liberation of the states and a reopening of the economy? I'm skeptical. I think Bruce is just enjoying himself more hanging out in Idaho with Family #1.

I Actually think it’s considerate of them not to travel. They obviously have the disposable income to do as they please, but by not traveling you’re not risking other people like the pilot of the plane or any flight attendants. I don’t think we would have found out if they traveled back to Idaho after the stay at home order, but if you reuniting your family means affecting other people, then I’d prefer they not reunite. And they can afford to stay in LA so do it, the reunification of your family (A healthy family) is not more important than peoples lives. The other part of me wonders if Bruce’s wife has a side piece in LA. Heh.

I actually agree that it's considerate of them not to travel in the grand scheme of things. I've been really strict about the overall needs for the stay in place orders.
This was just curious to me about being separated for so long from your children and family even if they've been staying in and not leaving and mingling with others after a month. This can go on for many more months and I was just thinking how it might be hard for the little ones, too.
I have SpinKid and it's craaaaaazy having them losing their minds about staying in and not going out while the neighbors are throwing birthday parties and inviting people over. It's good on Bruce's wife to be that dedicated, but I know if I didn't have Mr. Spin around to help, I'd be going mad.
