I watched her True Hollywood Story this morning- not very informative. I learned alot more about her when I read her latest book on a flight recently. Thin book, but funny. I think I like her, what about you?

I think she is disgusting and obnoxious but I have a soft spot for her. Go figure.

She's one of the (many) people that makes me think -- why do I know ANYTHING about her and why is she considered a celebrity? Kind of like in a Vanna White way.

She lives in my neighborhood and I see her around. She's pretty cute without makeup shopping for groceries in her Juicy sweats. Her son is cute and she always looks like a happy mom. Professionally speaking, I wish she was as funny as she thinks she is. I read some magazine article where she tried to talk a girl out of getting breast implants cause she'd had so many problems with hers. I thought that was pretty ballsy of her.

A friend of mine went to high school with her (they weren't in the same class though) and said that Jenny and her sisters were really nice girls. She said that Jenny was sort of loud and funny but also very athletic and wasn't stunning or anything. She said that she wasn't really the person thought of as Most Likely to Pose in Playboy.
I also have a soft spot for her. Not quite sure why.

Glad to see I'm not the only one w/ the unexplainable soft spot.

Aww. It's nice to hear about celebs that aren't raving assholes. I always liked Jenny McC. I even liked her mtv sketch comedy show (Hey, Helga-the-German waitress-with really long armpit hair was comedy gold!). I thought she was a great model for Candies-she comes across as really smiley and energetic, instead of the standard boring 'sexy pout' you usually see.

Weird. So do I. It's the same soft spot I have for Pam Anderson and Carmen Electra. They all seem rather sweet, and don't take themselves too seriously.

I like her because she never took herself--or rather her sexy persona--too seriously. She does seem like a genuinely fun and friendly person. Although I do think she relied a little too heavily on the pretty-girl-picks-her-nose schtick near the end of her first run at fame.

I always was just meh towards her until I got pregnant last August and a friend bought me her book Belly Laughs. It was surprisingly good and funny and I read it in one sitting. I really appreciated the honesty and humor and the book actually helped prepare me for certain parts of pregnancy that were to come.
The only thing that irked me, though, was her obsession about her weight gain during pregnancy and how she and her husband didn't have sex solely because of her "fatness".
