And she's *still* defending Woody Allen. She said a good three or four times in her last interview that these things need to be decided in the courts with the strong implication that anything Dylan Farrow or other victims have to say should not be acknowledged unless they go to court and get a conviction.

She utterly fails to grasp what #Metoo is. The whole point is that women have a hard time bringing these cases to court. The Weinstein case in NYC where they had a tape of him, for pete's sake! still didn't go anywhere.

Ms. Blanchette has chosen from the Ancient Greece selection for the night. Unfortunately, it was made from my sister's prom dress from 1979 and a bra stolen from a backup dancer for Madonna in 1993, though I think she was going for Metropolis.

I liked it, though instead of in yellow maybe a pewter or black, it gave me a real 1920s vibe.

Are the, uh, wings on the dress made out of paper or something? Parts of it looked damaged. I noticed the same thing during the telecast. That is not a dress for sitting down in on a chair with a back.

I thought the dress was objectively weird, but Cate was pulling it off. She's so good at choosing interesting pieces that work with her vibe.
