There is no doubt in my mind that Wahlberg bought this somehow. There is no doubt in my mind he made a huge financial contribution to something. I do not believe he was chosen for this.

Weren't 3/4 or Marky's kids born out of wedlock? And this was a "wholesome" family affair with a holier than thou vibe? Huh. His hosting is even more bizarre. Yep. His fourth child was born in 2013, she's the only one they had after they got married. And yes, this does seem like an odd choice for the family values crowd. |

Why was he even invited to emcee in Philadelphia? Were there no prominent Philadelphia Catholics available? I guess Peter Griffin was delayed by the leafers. Anyhooo.... When I picture Marky Mark with the Pope, I just picture a whole lot of ball scratching, nervous energy, and a lot of "Freakin' A" being thrown around. My mind is a funny place sometimes.  I keep coming back to read this because it makes me giggle. |

I am and I'm laughing at the unintentional comedy gold of how this is all just one giant commercial for how intense he is. In sad news, his mother died over the weekend. What struck me was the age references: she was 78, Mark is 49 and he was her 9TH child. Nine kids by 29, whoa. |

I haven't watched the documentary, but having trustworthy family members to put in charge of the hamburgers worked out well for him.
