Brad was investigated by DCFS and the FBI in 2016. He was cleared. DCFS has not been involved in their case since they closed their investigation. If they were, their custody would be in Dependency Court. It is being handled by a private judge.
IF she had this proof and it's bad enough for her to try and keep their kids away from him, why did she not present it at that time. Why is she now saying that she's got it almost 5 years later?
The went to court in May of 2018 because she wanted to take the kids to the U.K. for months, while she filmed Maleficent 2 and Brad would just have to adjust. After a 7 day hearing, Angelina was accused of Parental Alienation by the court. The judge threatened to remove primary custody from her to Brad. Judges do not threaten that just because they can. Laura Wasser quit a few months later.
In court filings, Brad and Angelina were deposed this past Summer for this custody trial. Their custody evaluator(who was appointed by the court 3 1/2 years go, was deposed on 3 different occasions. Family therapists were deposed. After these depositions, Angelina tried to have their judge removed. In the response to her motion, Brad's attorney said, he didn't know if she was going to try, but, they believed her next target would be the custody evaluator. Voila, he was her next target. She's tried to get testimony from therapist stricken or the therapist removed. Another attorney withdrew from representation after this.
She is currently trying to have the testimony of a bodyguard that worked for them overseas, struck/blocked. She is currently trying to get her own deposition blocked.(There were issues with her deposition that could be used against her during the custody trial.)
Brad and Angelina share a lot of the same witnesses on their witness lists. Brad too, has an expert on DV. He's got experts on Parental Alienation. He's got other bodyguards, as well, as the children's tutors/teachers. He's got Jillian Armenante, who is Maddox's Godmother on his list. He's got Angelina's long time assistant on his list. Angelina has none of them. No one that worked with/for them.
I don't know if the accusations are true or not. I do know that he was investigated and cleared. I do know that she's been accused by the court of Parental Alienation. I do know the judge threatened to remove primary custody from her and give it to Brad. I do know that she's tried to have everyone removed after depositions were taken. I do know that two attorneys, who are female, withdrew from representing her. Brad has lost no attorneys.
Parents that are practicing Parental Alienation do the things she's done and is doing. Something freaked her out after the depositions were taken. She went on a "I want them all removed", rampage shortly, thereafter.
The way the filing for what has been filed, is misleading. And it's a filing that is usually filed after it's been denied by the court for appellate reasons. Their private judge would be handling that as well.
She told a story once that she thought was rather cute of emotionally manipulating both Maddox and Pax when they didn't want to go to Africa, as they'd been there a number of times. They wanted to stay home.
She just recently said this in the March 2021 issue of UK Vogue:

I wanted it to be close to their dad, who is only five minutes away. I felt a little pressure moving in. Like I had snuck into where DeMille and Chaplin would hang out. I love most that there is no entertainment room, but lots of pathways and places to walk and think. I feel very fortunate we have that at this time.

Just to be clear, IF it's true, than Brad should be held accountable to the Nth degree.
There is just a pattern of behavior that makes me question it, esp. since Parental Alienation has been found and IMO is ongoing and this is textbook for what the alienating parent does. Tries to have the judge removed, the custody evaluator removed, anyone else that has been part and parcel of the case when they're losing. Then they start with the accusations. Then they want the kids to testify.(Kids testifying in a custody case is one of the most devastating things a parent can do to them. Courts frown on it and when Parental Alienation has been found won't allow it because the kids aren't deemed emotionally capable of doing so, emotionally mature enough, due to the alienating behavior of the alienating parent.

This whole thing is FUBAR and I'm #TeamKids.
