So according to an interview in In Touch, Casey the pipe layer has been hooking up with some 28 yr old chick on the side.

The pair first met in November 2006, at the home of her sister, Kim Toller. At the time, Casey was already dating Jamie Lynn, but the sexual chemistry between Casey and Kelli was instant. "We were both really attracted to each other," Kelli reveals. "He totally instigated it and pursued me. His friends would tell me that he liked me, that he thought I was pretty." The pair didn't bother to hide their relationship. "Kelli and Casey have been a couple on and off for a few years," confirms Jason Alexander, Britney Spears' first husband and a native of nearby Kentwood, La. "They were a really tight couple, but I think it was hard for Kelli, having Jamie Lynn in the picture."

Kelli says she and Casey stopped sleeping together a few months before Jamie Lynn gave birth to their daughter, Maddie. "It just didn't feel right," she explains. "He had to deal with the baby coming, and it had to stop." She says the last time the couple had sex together was in March but "even after we stopped having sex, we would still kiss occasionally."

Jason Alexander raises his ugly head again. Those Spears girls certainly know how to pick them.

I think it's more a case of like attracting like. I don't think Britney or Jamie Lynn have been superior to any of their boyfriends.

I still think the blind item about a teen TV show star getting knocked up by a producer on the show is about Jamie Lynn, Lynn/her managers put her back with Casey to cover that up, and they're leaking the cheating stuff so she doesn't have to stay with him.

That blind item came to my mind the minute Jamie Lynn's pregnancy was revealed.

I thought that kid looked like the spawn of Jamie Lynn and just about any random white guy, or an asexual budding of JL alone. If Casey's NOT the father (my Maury Povich impression), he'd be good cover for a whole ton of real babydaddys.

The story about Casey cheating doesn't surprise me. That relationship reeked of The Fake. I thought it was obvious the Spearses were going for "She's not a hooor, they're a young couple in love" angle.

As an aside observation ...

Isn't Casey 17 or 18? So, if he first started hooking up with this other woman two years ago then he would have been 15 or 16. And Kelli would have been 26 or 27. Who are these people? What mid-late twenties woman hooks up with a teenage boy? Gross.

Casey's 19. He was screwing Jamie Lynn when she was 14-15, and screwing Kelli (who looks older than 28) at 17.

The National Enquirer (online) is reporting that JamieLynn is pregnant with baby #2 - allegedly she thought she couldn't get pregnant while breastfeeding. I thought that old wives' tale was debunked when I was a new parent - in 1976.....

I hope for her sake it isn't true. The NE story implies the father is someone other than Casey but I haven't seen the print copy to know who they think the father is.
