Those pics make me sad - girls that age should not be having babies. I know it was common in the past, but this is the now and it is sad. And keep in mind that in the past, most of those girls were married and had homes of their own. NOT that that's something to strive for, but it's not just some spoiled rich airheads. |

Wow. I actually love Maddie. It's a nice, normal name.  Congrats, I guess.  She is still waaaay too young to be having kids. |

I felt so overwhelmed when I brought home my first child and I was 32. I can't imagine at 17! I would be beside myself. I really hope her little Maddie doesn't suffer for it. I have high hopes because she's staying in Louisiana, living in a simple house and the money she's made from her tv show should go farther in Louisiana than somewhere like LA.

Who knows if she'll stay in Louisiana? If Mama Lynne can find work for her in California, you can bet she'll be uprooted and on the job and Lynne can start ruining Maddi's (I hate it) life.

It doesn't sound like Jamie Lynn is interested in acting, so she won't return to LA if she can help it.
I hope Casey's family is there to help support this couple; Jamie's trying to keep Britney in line, and Jamie Lynn should really limit Grandma Spears' exposure to the new girl baybee as much as possible
What about Uncle Bryan? Where is he?

Couldn't she have named the child Madeline and called her Maddie? I'm not thrilled with a nickname as a proper name. But it could have been worse.
