Just watched this for the first time.
Two things made me laugh till I had tears rolling down my face.
One, when the boss says "If you're captured you may want to take your own life. Take this." and hands him........ a hammer.
Two:
"If you think they're on to you, give me the signal. You remember the signal?" and the signal is him waving his arms around and screaming.

I literally cannot wait for the DVD of this. The commentary alone will be worth it, I'm sure. But they have put it back again until May..boo!

Eh, it did poorly because Parker and Stone got caught up in the 2004 Election, period. I can't help to think that if they had just released it and let it go it would have done better.
But hey, it proves that while their live-action efforts are received half-well, they're not afraid to try different things. Supermarionation? Brilliant!

I loved the waving his arms around bit...that cracked me up. My favorite parts? 1. The DC Montage, when he's at the Lincoln Memorial, at the Tidal Basin, etc. only they don't try to do them to scale. The best part? When he's at Arlington Cemetary! Hah! 2. The "panthers" 3. The "Pearl Harbor the Movie Sucked" song. |

The "Pearl Harbour Sucked" song was so funny I almost peed. It was just so random, but oh so true. I need you more than Ben Affleck needs acting school?!
Kim Jong Il just sounded like a pissy little Cartman. "Jesus, open your fucken ears".
And yeah, the panthers. I watched this movie alone, but when I realised they were cats I couldn't help exclaiming "they're just cats!" And then I felt like an idiot.
I heart Trey Parker so so much.

Watched the unrated version. The puppet sex scene was way too graphic. Didn't need to see the(REALLY GROSS SPOILER) shit on the face or the puppet cum on the face shots.(end spoiler)

Oh my god this movie was funny. I was laughing so hard that I was in tears during the puking scene! I also loved how pissy Kim Jong Il was (God dammit! Open your fucking ears!). And what was wrong with Matt Damon? That was funny how he could only say his name.
