I agree with Angel. See Shattered Glass sometime. It's evidence that it's not just about Hayden. Only someone as charismatic as Ewan or Harrison can survive under the direction of Lucas without looking wooden.

George Lucas will be interviewed on 60 Minutes tonight. I have no idea if this will include interviews with actors, but I am hoping for some film clips.
...please don't let this movie suck...

I didn't see the actual interview, but I did listen to it on my local radio station. (Thank you, KNX!)
First things first - the man is still obsessed with CGI. Not good. He seemed to focus more on the special effects in the interview then actual character development.
Also, he implied that critics were just out to get him because they bashed the first two movies.
I could be wrong, but I really think it sounds like he hasn't learned his lesson. *Sigh* I had such high hopes too...
(And OT: They're seriously doing a new Indiana Jones movie? Whaaat?)

After seeing the trailer online, I sorta liked it. Of course I busted out laughing when Natalie's character (Amidala? It's been a long while since Ep1 and I avoided Ep2 like the plague) was show crying. It looks so overraught and cheesy I couldn't help but laugh.
But Wookie Army and lots of Jedi deaths (as well as a Yoda/Palpatine lightsaber duel, provided I followed the trailer right) might be just enough for me to go see it.

We saw the trailer in the theater this weekend, in front of Robots. It looks fantastic on the big screen. I got all fangirl-squealy despite my better judgment.

I just showed the trailer to my 11 year-old son and he's dying to go. It premiers just after his birthday. I don't know about this one, the last two were terrible, but I'll take him and probably his brother.

I thought Hayden Christensen was great in Life as a House, so I don't blame him for the quality of the prequels.
Hopefully he brings it to Ep III. I'll definitely see it in the theater.

Coming out of lurkdom to say I liked the prequal trilogy and I think the new movie is going to be really good. Also, Hayden Christensen is extremely hot. Okay, I'll go back under my rock and hide from the people throwing things now. Is that rock big enough for the both of us? I like Eps I and II as well. They aren't as good as the OT, for sure, but enjoyable nonetheless. Hayden is HOTT in that girly boy-man way.

Is that rock big enough for the both of us? Sure, I've got plenty of room for you. I'm glad someone agrees with me. I find all the movies the entertaining, and Episode 3 looks fantastic.
