Ewan's in it...so at least it's got that. Very true. But even the magic that is McGregor cannot compel me to watch Episode One again. That wasn't even good enough to be labeled a steaming pile a crap; steaming would imply that something actually happens in the movie. But I do get chills whenever I see the trailer that has Obi Wan yelling at Anakin, and I know there is at least one awesome fight at the end so... "You were the Chosen One!" Yeah, baby!

Can't someone under thirteen could still see the movie with a parent?

WTF. Apparently, George Lucas is standing outside all the theaters with police officers forbidding kids under thirteen from seeing the movie. Because, ya know, you can't just get parental permission and go in or anything . I'm still really excited to see this. From everything I've heard it's going to be great.

I don't think it even means that does it? PG13 is "Parents Strongly Cautioned". Anyone can go - the rating just serves as a guide/warning to parents.

From Variety's review:
When did TESB get downgraded? I must have missed that day of Star Wars' school. TESB is the best of them all.

I think they're talking about Box Office revenues. TESB made less than the other two, even though it is often regarded as the best in the series.

I highly doubt that's true. I know. I was being sarcastic. It's part of my charm ;D Parents were making it sound like George Lucas wasn't allowing kids to see the movie, so I said "WTF. Like he's going to physically stop them or something. Just take your kids to the movie." Or were you talking about it being great? It has a pretty high rating from RottenTomatoes and everything I've heard so far is really positive, even from some of the harshest critics.

Yep. Video games, soundtracks, and books have come out before the movie for all the releases. I don't really get it, but it's not a special thing just for Episode 3.
That said, I just bought my ticket to the midnight showing today and I'm freakin' stoked. I didn't think Menace or Clones were that bad, and I'm really excited for this one.
