That would be awesome, but I don't think it will. I see it kissing close to $100 million, but I don't know if it'll break it. And breaking $114 million? As much as I love the first one, I can't see that happening.

Eek! I saw a new (to me) commercial for POTC2, with Elizabeth crying "Jack" and Sparrow whispering "Hide the rum" to the nearest person. I laughed outloud! That's is totally replacing "Why is the rum gone?" in my group of friends. "Name!" "Hide the rum!"

I cannot wait for this movie.

I wonder what "Hide the rum!" is supposed to mean, since Kiera is dressed as a male pirate and Johnny just made a statement about how real pirates probably got drunk and screwed their cabin boys. I'm totally excited.

I love that the television spots reference the fun of the first film (the rum one, and another where Will Turner gets slapped and Jack Sparrow says something like "It's not so easy, is it?").
