How long are the Greek royals going to continue using the "of Greece" moniker? They don't seem like awful people, but they don't seem to get that the Greeks themselves just have no interest in any kind of royalty.

It should have ended with King Constantine's kids, and really just the oldest three. I don't think Alexia's children are using any kind of monikers, but you know that Pavlos and Marie Chantal's family enjoy milking it for all it's worth. Pavlos was the Crown Prince after all, and they seem to feel entitled. Certainly none of Pavlos' grandchildren should use it. That would really be ridiculous. Time to adopt a surname and move on, and any kids that Philippos may have should do the same.

Legally, it did end with Constantine and any of his children who were alive at the time the monarchy was abolished.
There are no hereditary titles extending from an ex-monarch, and Constantine himself is another "former guy" who still insists on still using his previous title as if it's currently valid.
Time to move on...this is now a family of Glücksburgs.

To quote an old sage, "An ounce of pretension is worth a pound of manure." They're not likely to let it go anytime soon, even though I can't see Greece wanting them back on the throne.

I doubt they're going to let it go. The Habsburgs still refer to themselves and HIRH Archduke/Duchess and that ended 100 years ago. Same for many other German, Austrian, Italian... royal houses. Look at the recent "Imperial" wedding in Russia that was at least somewhat supported by the current Kremlin.
As long as people are willing to refer to them as HRH Prince/ss they'll keep doing it and most places that aren't Greece are willing to play along, including other royal courts.
I would bet anything that the boys' children will use Greek titles, even though it's ridiculous.

His father, Otto von Habsburg, did as well. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Most of the Romanov descendants have moved on and have no interest in the throne. It's just that "Imperial" heir and his ridiculous mother who are preoccupied with a throne that doesn't exist. In Greece, the people have spoken. They spoke nearly 50 years ago. There just isn't any interest in bringing back the monarchy. Give it up, guys.

Yes Karl says he does not use his titles in Austria (where even the "von" is banned) but Karl Habsburg because he lives and works there and wants to be taken seriously as a politician and business man. However he does claim headship of the "House of Habsburg" and does things like receive a replica of the St Wenceslas Crown from a Czech monarchist group that wants to make him King or go on "official visits" to Hungary to open museums. His cousins (especially the ones related the the Luxembourg family like Carl Christian) are much more hot on using their titles, and the Lux court uses them officially as well. I do think that certainly the next generation of Greeks should give it up and I think it's ridiculous that others cling to titles that haven't been legal since their great grandparents days but there's an awful lot of people, even in proud republics, willing to still use HRH.
