I haven't heard whether Heath has been stepping out on Michelle but what I do know is that one of my friends recently saw Heath, Michelle and Naomi having dinner together at Hugo's at Bondi. She said they just seemed like normal people sharing a people - no hissy fits, tears or anything else. So maybe the Heath/Naomi breakup was quite amicable and they are all now friends. My friend was more alarmed by how shockingly emaciated Naomi was - so tiny. She said there was no way she could weigh more than 45 kilos.

There are a lot of people who say they don't want kids at the moment and then become pregnant and, even though it wasn't planned, love the child and are thrilled to have them.

That describes me. 21 and thinking that actually, I probably never wanted kids or to get married and then boom! (actually, more like "that was it?"), I was pregnant. Batguy, too, had no intention of marrying in the near future and then he met me and Batboy and suddenly was partner and dad. Circumstance dictates so much.

But I do hope that they are marrying because of their relationship with each other, not because of their impending parenthood. Marrying only because of a baby is stooopid.

I just read an interview with her and she said she is expecting a little girl in late October. She seemed very in love and was talking about happy her and Heath Ledger are. she seemed very genuine and she called Heath her husband (although she said they weren't married yet). I haven't heard anything about him stepping out on her, in fact I keep hearing that he's really happy and protective of her. Oh well, maybe I'm just naive, but I think they both are content with where they are right now.

Heath doesn't seem the kind of guy who would stick around though. I'm betting he's with someone else by the time the kid is a year old. Just a feeling I get.

The only thing that gives me pause is the (fairly) recent demise of his long-term relationship with Naomi Watts. It seems a little quick to move on to marraige and family. However, I do realize that different relationships work for different reasons. I like both of them and hope they are happy together. They both LOOK extremely happy at the moment.

I am surprised it has not been posted here yet. Michelle and Heath became proud parents last Friday to a baby girl they have named Matilda. That is a very Aussie name indeed. Congrats to them both.

Awwww, waltzing Matilda. I don't really have an opinion on Heath Ledger, but I like Michelle Williams. She seems so sweet and unfame-whorey. She and Josh Jackson were the only good things to come out of Dawson's Creek.

She always comes across as kind of smug to me, like she just knows that Heath Ledger being her babydaddy has her set for life. I liked her on Dawson's Creek, though.

Don't think her and Heath will be walking down the aisle any time soon. This whole situation just reaks of "oops" to me. Like it happened as a result of his wanting to have hetero-sex after all of that making out with hottie Jake on the set of Brokeback Mountain.
