That spoiler was kind of foreshadowed in the first movie, wasn't it? It's been a long time since I saw the movie, so I guess I don't remember that - can anyone remind me?

babyfishmouth, they kissed on New Year's Eve, then looked sheepish about it.
My local rag had "spoilers" for the movie along with their "SJP hates Kim!" story. Take with a grain of salt...
spoiler:
Big cheats on Carrie and breaks her heart "for the last time" Charlotte has another baby and may die in childbirth- it hasn't been decided If she doesn't die, Samantha's breast cancer will return and finish her off.

I've heard everything from - deaths, Big cheating, Carrie pregnant, Miranda quitting her job, Smith returning ... they all kinda suck to me.
But I wanted the show to end with a single Carrie - and leave it that way. I hated the first movie, and now all these plots sound desperate. I REALLY, really hope they don't kill anyone. That would put a downer on the whole series.

The only guy I liked Samantha with was Richard, the cheating scumbag. Any word on whether James Remar will make an appearance in the movie? I know, I know, the whole point of Samantha's story in the first film was that she couldn't be in a relationship. I just dig them together. I liked Samantha with Richard too. They both have issues with monogamy, but otherwise, I think that Samantha had met her match in Richard. If they were to kill off Samantha, that should be the end of the movie series. And what does Carrie want in a relationship anyway? By the way, here is another photo from the set. Carrie is too old for this getup.

I've seen theories that there are some flashbacks in the movie, hence the "Flashdance" outfit from last week and this one. (And really, anybody over the age of 18 is too old for that getup. I remember wearing that when I was in elementary school - for Halloween.)

That would put a downer on the whole series. It's sad that they couldn't do that plotline in the 80's with Pretty in Pink and even sadder that they couldn't do it in the new millenium. At the very least, if God forbid Carrie end up alone, they could have found her a great guy that wasn't Big.
