I thought the last public appearance that her outfit looked loose fitting on her like little but sudden bit of weight loss.
She is certainly smaler and more frail looking in the last couple of years, but can still get out of a landrover with more grace than I can.
2022 would be her platinum jubilee year I’m sure there’s plans in hand for that and funeral plans have probably set since she’s been on the throne.

Father died young. Mother lived to 102 her sister somewhere in between so who knows!

I saw a recent picture of John Goodman and thought he looked like he might belong in this thread. Has he had any health problems recently?

He did lose 200 pounds recently, so hopefully it’s weight loss not due to a terminal diagnosis. I really don’t wanna lose Dan Conner!

I was JUST about to post that he seems to have lost a substantial amount of weight. I hope he is OK. I actually have a bad feeling Olivia Newton-John.

He’s lost a bunch of weight over the past 3 or 4 years. I remember being a little shocked at his 100 pound weight lose when he stated the Conners, this was pre-Covid.

It looks like he lost another 100 pounds more, so it’s over 200 pounds now.

But this has been over many years. If you haven’t seen him in awhile, it’s a shock!

I hate putting this in here, but the reason Andy Taylor of Duran Duran was not at the Induction last night in Los Angeles, was because he has been battle Stage 4 Prostrate Cancer for the past 4 years, and was not health enough to attend. I was really looking forward to see the Fab Five back together again!

Oh no! It was been tough losing some really big names in recent years but I've said my real moment of crisis would be when a member of Duran Duran died. They were my WORLD when I was in middle school, around the Seven and the Ragged Tiger days. Andy's been out of the picture for so long that I didn't really think about him when I said that. Still, he's an OG member and that's tough news to absorb.

I'm very sad about this. I'm hoping for a recovery for him but I doubt it's likely. He's only 61.

Julian Sands has been reported missing in the San Gabriel Mountains, since the 15th. Julian Sands

Mt. Baldy is the highest point in Southern California. While the rains have stopped, it is still chilly in the 50's here. Hoping for a happy ending here.

That's so terrible about Julian Sands! I'll watch A Room With a View again and hope they find him.

Fun fact: Julian Sands and John Malkovich are official best friends. They met on the movie The Killing Fields. While Julian was filming A Room With a View, Malkovich came to keep him company, and would sit there on sit, knitting.
