I've gotten to the point now that if Oprah recommends a book for her "book club", I know to avoid it like the plague, because it will inevitably be the most depressing, wordy, pointless novel ever. I loathe the way the women in her audience treat her like some kind of messiah, and the way they all start shreaking like harpies when O starts handing out the free stuff. Have some self-respect, for crying out loud!!!

Ahem. Julia Roberts. She and "Mmer'ca Awnline" belong together. Hate.
Paris Hilton. And we, the people, for not mentally taking her out back and hacking her into pieces with plastic children's scissors. Hate.
Karl Rove. Fucking hypocrite bastard. but he's not really a celebrity.

I really can't stand Oprah. I watch yesterday for Jon Stewart, and it was painful. Even though she's way popular now, I hate Kelly Clarkson. Between people saying her songs are hard rock now , and having her acting like a retarded (and I hate to use that word) 12-year old in interviews just drives me up the wall.

I believe the way he put it was "Women should be struck regularly, like gongs."
Topic- I loathe smug, arrogant Boston Rob & the emptiness that is Amber & their famewhoring of their wedding. I want them off my TAR. ( I haven't seen last night's show yet but I know better than to get my hopes up)

I shouldn't post. It would take up waaaay too much time, but here's one for the masses:
Jessica Alba: I think she whined her way into not stripping as Nancy Callahan, and then had the nerve to fucking whine in interviews about what Daddy might think if she stripped for the camera.
This is someone who was independent enough at the age of 12 to start cooking for herself in order to mind her appearance, and now at twice that age is afraid of what Daddy might think? Please.
Not to mention that I think she's way smarter than she lets on (engaged to Michael Weatherly during the run of Dark Angel...and where is he now? Hmmm...). But still can't act worth a damn.
And, as for all-time hatred, CEMJ takes the cake. I don't feel I have to explain myself.

Star "Beardzilla" Jones: Everyone knows her "Pastor, prophet and King or wherever" is fairy but she seems to think everyone is buying it! And because no matter how much weight she losses she's still a fat a$$.
Elisabeth Hasselbeck: She thinks she's tough just because she was on survivor, idiot! Teri Hatcher: She is one nose job away from Michael Jackson.
John Travolta: Scientologist!
Tom Cruise: See above.
Nicole Kidman: She used to be so beautiful but now her face is stretched and botoxed and nose looks weird.
Vin Diesel: He sounds like he has a cold or something.
Ashley Judd: Stop it will all the "I'm just a country girl" crap already!

I don't even dislike the guy much less hate him but I am so fucking tired of Lance Armstrong. I'm even more fed up with being made to feel like I'm an unAmerican asshole for not caring about him or the Tour de France. I could understand and tolerate the near worship about seven years ago but it's ridiculous now. I just saw a promo for "the makeup of Lance Armstrong's body" or some such stupid shit.
It always irks me how people are so eager to jump on bandwagons. "Oh, he's American? He must be the best! What? He was sick too?!?! Even better! I'm his biggest fan!!! Now what's he do again?"

I hope this is the appropriate place to express my honest hatred of Barney, the dinosaur, the Teletubbies and Snuggles, the fabric softener bear.

Oh, I hate Lance Armstrong! You see, every summer Germany goes Tour de France -crazy because people here still hope that our one-time-winner Jan Ullrich might do it again (I don't think he will). The media here respects Lance but he's such a robot people just don't know what to write about him anymore. Anyway, two years ago, Lance almost fell at one stage when he crashed into some people. Jan was just a little bit ahead of him and could have gotten away. He decided to wait, later Lance won, d'oh. In an interview a few hours later Lance publicly thanked and praised Jan and said that Jan pretty much did what he, Lance, had done himself a few years before. So he acknowledged that Jan waited for him, right? A few months later Lance all of a sudden said that Jan never waited for him but just continued the race without checking up on Lance. That's when he lost all my respect. I mean, I'm not even Jan Ullrich's biggest fan but that was just mean and ridiculous. Plus, after being quite nice in earlier years (back when he didn't get that much coverage in the US and complained about it in Europe ) and would talk with sincere respect about opponents. Now he just sucks and comes off as condescending. Oh, and while I'm at it: I hate Fishstick Paltrow. What a surprise, huh?
