Gary Cole. Any man who can play a range from Satan to Mike Brady is truly awesome.

And Ron Livingston. Why the hell is Vince Vaughn the famous one from Swingers? I'll grant you he's probably the most entertaining in the movie, but he's not been so great since then and he looks like hammered shit. Whereas Ron Livingston is very handsome and is a great actor, so what the hell, Hollywood? I know! I really thought his career would take off after Band of Brothers, too. Barry Pepper is another actor who is consistently excellent, but doesn't receive much attention. He was amazing as Roger Maris in 61*. Also, Franka Potente. She's lovely and a terrific actress (I loved her in The Princess and the Warrior). I can easily picture her in Jennifer Garner-type roles, but I guess Hollywood only needs one buff woman at a time.

Chris Eigeman, also from The Last Days Of Disco as well as Barcelona, both by the much-missed Whit Stillman.

Would Kyle Chandler fit here? I know he's had a pretty good mid-list career on TV, but I really think he could be a solid leading man-type movie star. Or maybe that's just the view through my Kyle-love goggles.

Oded Fehr should be more famous. He was wonderful in Sleeper Cell. He's handsome, talented, sexy voice. Handsome..oh yeah, I said that already

I am always rooting for Hey! It's that Guy! actors, so I think poor old Erick Avari, Alfred Molina and Stellan Skarsgard really don't get their due. The latter two have lucked out with big franchises recently, but even then they don't get the level of fame they deserve. Rachel Griffiths is another one who's tremendously talented, but not that well known. Oh shit, her final speech to Emily Watson in Hilary and Jackie? Makes me cry just thinking about it. Then I want to call up my sister and tell her how much I love her. Also totally agree on Oded Fehr. HOTTTTT!

Ok, this is a really un-cool choice but Michael Cassidy should definitely be more famous? Who, you ask? Exactly. He is too pretty which means he's ended up wasting his talent on shows like The OC and Smallville but watchng him in the crap fest that was Hidden Palms I was just totally fascinated by him. There was something very magnetic about him and he was just really very good. And this coming from the person who thinks that ultimate pretty boy Zac Efron shouldn't be famous at all!!

Kevin Smith. Not the director one, but the NZ actor, who played Ares on Xena and Hercules. He was amazing, talented, incredibly handsome... Unfortunately, he died in an accident a few years ago.
Michael Hurst, also from NZ, also one of the Herc/Xena bunch (he played Iolaus). I've seen him in some other things, and he really is great.
Hiroyuki Sanada. You probably saw him in Ringu or in The Last Samurai (or am I the only one for whom this movie is a guilty pleasure?). Everybody should see him in The Twilight Samurai. He is THAT good. And hellishly good-loooking too.
And I wholeheartedly agree about Nat Fillon, Oded Fehr and James Marsters.

He is THAT good. And hellishly good-loooking too. I love him!! I own a kung-fu flick called "Royal Warriors," which Mr. Sanada made with Michelle Yeoh in the mid-1980s. Even though it's mostly a cheesefest with some truly terrific fight scenes, Sanada brings some legitimately good acting to the table. He's all smoldering and brooding, it's very hot. And handy in a fight, too. I keep meaning to check out more of his modern stuff, so thanks for the reminder!
