All of the potential for mental illness, self-destructive behavior, and fame-related tunnel vision seems to have manifested in her inexplicable CMJ marriage. When I look at it that way, she seems okay. If you remove him from the equation, she seems to be a good mom and relatively competent person.

Yet, if she had been in and out of rehab, married five times for a period of less than three months each time, and wound up selling grapefruits at the airport, I would somehow find that more palatable than her accepting his bleached & bony hand in marriage. It's too much for my skeeved-out psyche to comprehend.

I loved this interview (one of Oprah's best) and I thought LMP was adorable. I know that might sound strange, because she has been known to be a hard ass in the past. But I really felt like she opened up, was honest, and owned her mistakes. I think there was obviously a lot more to the MJ marriage than she will or maybe is allowed to say. Her Mom shed some interesting light on how he pursued her. BTW, wht did Pricilla do t her face? It looked really odd from some kind of plastic surgery.

Well, she was gonna say more in response to that "was the marriage consummated?" question but Oprah kept cutting her off. Damn you, Oprah! The last time Lisa Marie was asked the sex question she said yes, but then added some strange caveat like, "Uh, but I'm a freak and freaks turn me on."

I'm guessing if Lisa Marie told the whole story it would be that the marriage was consummated once...twice at the most.

Yes! YES! Dear God, YES! I have an overwhelming obsessive need to hear anything, anything at all, about that marriage, which is the great celebrity mystery of the 20th century. I would love to hear about life with CMJ!

Also, I think LMP is beautiful. I've never heard her sing. That is all.

I love that look she gets in her eyes when doing interviews (the recent Diane Sawyer one being a good example) that's like, "I'm going to tell you only what I want to tell you and no more, because what do you really know about me or my life, bitch?" It's priceless. You go, LMP!

I cannot stand this woman. I remember a while back she said something in some interview how she hopes to God her daughter doesn't end up like Paris Hilton--does she actually know Paris Hilton? I think it's hypocritical of her to say that, since she usually is one of these "you don't know me!" types when people start to dissect the choices she's made in her life--like the "Dirty Laundry" song. Plus, if I had a daughter and I just *had* to choose, I think I'd rather see my daughter film a sex tape or two than marry a child molestor and join the $cientologists. Am I wrong there?

The only thing worse than her bitchface is her posture. At the Grammys she walked onto the stage all slumped over, and on Oprah she could not sit straight like a normal person. It's hard to get past that when someone is constantly sending you that kind of body language.

Please, what sane rational parent would want their child to turn out like Paris? She is the epitome of the spoiled rich heiress who has no sense of reality. I don't think LMPs comments were the least bit hypocritical. They're based on all the things Paris has shown us. I don't think we actually have to see Hilton's soul. We've all seen her twat, that's good enough. Despite growing up with incredible wealth (not to mention the trauma of her fathers death) Lisa Marie has grown up relatively sane and normal and seems to be doing pretty good job of raising her own kids.
