My Free Time is so buggy! Sometimes the hair disappears, the lots will turn blue or have random houses suddenly appear. Sometimes the people will do this creepy thing where they pose like they're crucified and will float like ghosts with these weird black outfits on. It's really freakin annoying.

That is weird. Got any hacks?
Mine is not too bad. It freezes a lot, though - like when I enter a lot. It's just 10 seconds, maybe, but it's still annoying.

Does anyone know if there is a free demo online somewhere of the Sims to see if I would like it before buying?

I found two, here and here. But I haven't tried them out, so please be careful if you choose to download.

No mention of Sims 3 yet? There have been a few articles in magazines already, I'll see if I can find them. It looks really interesting, though. They seem to be scaling back on needs so it's not like your babysitting grown adults to tend to pee their pants a lot, and there's more emphasis on the community as a whole. I have to admit, this makes me kinda glad I only spent my money on the Nightlife and Pets expansions.

I have to admit, this makes me kinda glad I only spent my money on the Nightlife and Pets expansions. Yeah, rub it in! I'm still discovering new things in Sims 2, so I'm not ready for Sims 3 yet. For example, I only managed to get Alex Goth into the Secret Society last week!

Dang, Sims 3 already? I guess that is good news since FreeTime totally broke my pc. But, what are the changes the newest addition will actually run on my pc? I mean, the hell? My computer is pretty new and it's a gaming system, so it should be able to handle this sort of thing. Grrr.

My ghosts haunt their past spouses because I almost always have them remarry right away! So the ghosts are pretty pissed!!!

I'm so excited about the Sims 3. The Web site for it looks so cool already, even though it doesn't have much. I LOVE that it looks like it'll be more community-based, i.e. like real life. I'm happy that they're actually going to let you take your sim to other lots, and that other households will age as you play one house. Those were my two biggest problems with the game. I just hope it's not like, 5 GB of memory.
I also hope they're really going to make everything customizable, instead of just doing another BodyShop type thing.

Oh god, I live in fear of Sims 3. I know it won't run on my pc and my pc is pretty kick ass. Dang.
