A servo is a robot. I think OFB is worth getting, its a little hard starting up a business at first. You should probably start a home business at first.

I'm having trouble with my university sims right now, too. They don't go to class when they're supposed to, but in the middle of the night. When they finally go to class, they go for 12-24 hours. When they come back to the dorm, they have restarted freshman year. I can't get them to graduate! It's only been happening since I got Open For Business, so hopefully a patch will fix it.

Mine were going to their final exams, and then coming home with annoucements that they'd missed their finals. Lemme know how the patch works for you, hliz!

I got rid of all my non maxis downloads, and the load time with all 3 expansion packs and the holiday pack went from 10+ minutes down to about 2. I am going to miss all the cool clothes and hair that I had managed to find, but I would rather play for more than 15 minutes without getting pissed at how long it takes to load.

I do not play sims, but I understand it is supposed to be based on real life. So how is this university stuff (Not going to classes, staying out at all hours of the night, missing the exam when on their way to it, and cramming for 12-24 hours) not accurate? Sounds like the game is true to life to me. Exactly what many 19 year old freshmen I know did.

Yeah, damn right - I mean, it's a game, so it's supposed to be fun, right? Not a pain in the bum. I'm just getting so frustrated with it now.

Ug, the Sims are the buggiest games out there-- the longer you play them, the more builds you buy, the less functional they become. I get to a point where the freakin' thing is just making my blood pressure rise, and I have to step back and stop playing them.

The sims 2 website has released the patch for the OFB problems. It should fix the final exam problem.
