Me neither. I had the main page of the forums linked (but I wasn't the person who mentioned that on the thread).

I've been looking through that Yahoo group trying to find the Last One Out thread that was saved, but I can't find it. Could someone with better searching skillz than me link directly to it?

ETA: For some reason that link won't work. Anyway, if you're go to the displaced snark group and you're logged in click on files--the third one is called FT Last One Out.htm. That's it.

I'm embarrassed to admit this, but I don't remember what username I used on FT. I think I was TraceyBee, which is what I use on TWoP. I didn't post there much, though. I didn't even register there until a while after Hissyfit shut down (I was TraceyB; I'm none too creative with the usernames). I loved Hissyfit, spent a ton of time there.

I used to belong to 3Way, too, but haven't been there in years. I moved to a new job where I couldn't get to the site, because of the name. I heard they went to a for-fee basis a while back; is that true, does anyone know?

I found this board when someone (probably Moldy Tofu) linked to it from the For Better or For Worse thread when FT announced they were shutting down the forums. I've been lurking here for ages, and finally signed up just recently.

They have two levels of access: A free access that allows you to read the main boards and post there, and a pay access that allows that, plus PMing, having an avatar, reading the private boards, etc.

tabby -- I was on 3Way for awhile, too, but ... how do I put this without sounding whacked ... they were almost too nice there. Not trying to say people here aren't nice, but at 3Way if someone said anything the least bit politically incorrrect there was an immediate outraged pile-on. I just never felt like enough of a Girl Scout to fit in. (But boy, did those people know their politics! For the brief time I was there I never dared to get in on a political discussion because their knowledge put me to shame.)

You remember me? I'm shocked! I guess I posted there a lot, but sometimes I would get fed up with the forums and stop posting for a couple of months at a time. No matter how much I tried to stay away from them, I always ended up going back. Since the forums closed, I've only visited FT a couple of times, though.

I tried to join that Displaced Snark group a week or so ago, but my membership still hasn't been approved. I'm sad because I really want to read the old forums!
