I think Lainey could avoid a lot of eyerolls if she was more transparent about her biases and sources. It's always been perfectly clear that she is wildly positive about celebs who give her access and gets grouchy about people who deny her. She's not the only gossip blogger who operates like that, but her nonsensical efforts to intellectualize her obvious likes and dislikes have always been really annoying IMO.
With Meghan and Harry it gets particularly absurd since it's so obvious she has sources close to their circle (or had?). So everything she has to say on the subject is totally useless. If she just admitted her biases, she could make more honest and interesting posts on the topic.

What do you think that means?? I think she knows her credibility is shot when it comes to M&H. She can deny and distance all she wants, but she’s close with Mulroney and Scobie and no doubt got gossip from them that she used on her blog. She was called out as a possible source for FF because of her use “viper courtiers” which appears in the book. Topic change - does anyone else see Russian ads when they go to ONTD? Is the site owned by Russians? Livejournal? I don’t visit ONTD on a computer, last time I did that years ago I got a virus.

In her post about the Sussexes Netflix deal, Lainey kept referring to their “prodco” which I guess is a portmanteau of “production company.” I mean, she’s so Hollywood right? She’s hip to the lingo.

She’s so annoying. She isn’t even trying to hide her biases anymore is she? I kept having to check if I was reading celebitchy.

Kaiser's back on her bullshit. This is a snippet from a post about Doria Ragland teaching a jewelry making class.
This has been a narrative that she comes back to fairly regularly- the Middletons are owners of a pot farm next to their property and Party Pieces is just a front for their criminal enterprise. *eyeroll*

If it is, the Middletons got way more interesting.

If only the authorities who busted the pot farm were able to make the connection! Kaiser was able to figure it out from her parents' basement based on no information whatsoever except Google Maps, so Scotland Yard must be full of real dummies.

Lainey keeps breathlessly reporting on Katie Holmes and her new boyfriend with barely a mention of the dude dumping his fiancee *after* hooking up with Katie. Where's the giant "overlapping" lecture that she pontificates when it's a celeb she doesn't like?

For a while, I was popping in to Celebitchy from time to time to hate-read, but my visits have gotten less and less frequent simply because I know what every article is going to say before I click on it. There will be 4-5 Meghan Markle articles per day. They will be based around whatever silly rumor is currently printed in the British tabloid press, which Kaiser will dismiss with the words "unhinged", "salty", "butthurt" and "racist abuse". She will finish off the article with a completely off-topic paragraph having to do with "William" "incandescent with rage" "keen" and "buttons". It's the same template every time.
But I did visit yesterday and was amused by the full-page, screen-covering banner soliciting people to sign up for the CB newsletter. I guess having proof of a certain number of subscribers is something they need for their advertisers because they have been pushing hard for a while. They are going to be getting some returned mail from kaiserwreckedyoursite@hahaha.com.
