Today we went to the Wizard World Comic Con in Pittsburgh. We got photos with Adam Baldwin and Jewel Staite of Firefly (adam is currently making TrafficChick swoon on Last Ship), and autographs and pics with Mitch Pileggi of Asst Director Skinner fame. She is floating on air with her TV boyfriend lust inflamed. And she did it all in this year's Halloween costume, Xena:Warrior Princess! We are still trying to convince MissP to ber her Gabrielle... What he failed to mention is that I got a HUG from Adam. And it's not just current swooning - I've been a fan since My Bodyguard (yes, I am old). And he's even prettier in person. Just saying. As for P, she wants to be Evie from Disney's Descendants. That shouldn't be too difficult to pull off. Hopefully.

Thoughts on a sexy Donald Trump costume? I already have a wig. Do it!

I saw the making of the costume--I didn't realize how small the individual skirt pieces were until I saw the full complete costume.
Holy Crap!

P and I sat on the bed and watched TV while we cut them out. Well, okay, she cut out like 3 of them before she was bored...

Ugh. I'm always so jealous/impressed by Traffic Chick's costumes. And Adam Baldwin is a huge douche, and borderline psychotic. I even think he's a 911 truther. :/

I've never met a costume challenge I wouldn't at least try! Re: Adam: he is. He's insane. I wouldn't want to actually spend time with him. But he really does reflect light well. And he was very nice. I'll give him that.

Adam Baldwin is in two of my favorite shows; Chuck and Firefly
But I refuse to listen/follow him offline, because the man is batshit crazy. BUT he is attractive and hilarious when he's not going on a political rant.
Seriously, TrafficChick, the costume was incredible. The work on the bodice was amazing too.

My love for Chuck will never die. Jeffster should host the Emmy's. Forever. Topic- Traffic always brings the awesome when it comes to costumes. Because of her I was inspired to make Sully & Boo costumes last year. They weren't great, but my kids actually appreciated the effort so I got points for trying. We are considering Gru and Minion this year, but haven't decided for sure. Having a son who is 6'2" (and the human equivalent of a golden retriever in nature) who likes to take his 8 year old sister trick or treating makes for some great fun.

How about Baymax & Hiro (Big Hero6)? Or Big Bird & Snuffy? Or Laurel & Hardy?
