I love demin trousers and I'm so bummed that they're considered "jeans" and therefore banned at my work too. It's so stupid. Just because some ignorami will wear crappy faded Mom jeans. They are in two completely separate categories. I blame the baby boomers.

I take offense at that! I tried on 37 pairs of jeans before I found the right pair. Try living with teenaged males, they make the savage Stacey look kind and gentle in the fashion commentary.
Nice trousers.
What do I know, I wear a uniform to work.....

Maybe it's because I love Fendi and hate Wal-Mart so much, but this story makes me happy for some reason.

I have nothing against knockoffs - I have a fabulous Louis Vuitton knock off that I love. But at least SAY that it's a knockoff and let the consumer make the decision. Odds are, they'll sell anyway. We have guys all over the streets selling knockoff handbags and they're selling like hotcakes.

Does anyone know of an online clothing store that has stuff like Gap or Banana Republic (talking about quality and classic, normal styles) but will ship overseas? Or is located overseas?
I love Gap, Old Navy and BP. And I live in Prague. I used to have a deal with my SIL in which I'd get the stuff shipped to her and then she'd ship stuff over to me. Well, this is no longer working, for several reasons. So I'd like to just buy online and have stuff sent to my Prague address.

So, a few months ago I saw a shrunken black blazer at the mall in which I work. I thought that I'd get it after payday but I forgot. Of course, when I remembered it wasn't being sold anymore. No place in the mall has any- not AE, not Smart Set, not The Gap, not anyplace. Then, Lixxie tells me in the What are you wearing? thread that she got hers at Old Navy. I looked at the Old Navy site and they didn't have any. Do you guys think there's a chance that they could have it in the store but not on the site? I want my blazer. What other places might sell casual, shrunken black blazers? Well, not too casual, because I'll likely wear it to work, but not dressy or too business-y. Keep in mind I live in Canada (and Regina, at that).

This isn't clothes directly but it is shopping. I just got my first sewing machine! It's so pretty- a little advanced for me so I can grow into it skills-wise. I'm going to make a dress for a wedding I'm going to next month. I plan on starting tomorrow night and I can't wait!!
