TV Characters We Hate

Mark Green's first wife on ER is on the top of my list. She was just evil. Whenever she showed up something bad happened to Goose (which he will always be known as, in the Topher house).

Oh, good Lord, Topher, I never noticed that about Jen's presence on ER, but you are right. I really loathed Mark Greene, but Jen wasn't much better in the personality, parenting/relationship skills, or life-ethics department (I could totally see how that pair had created RacHell Greene). I was so happy when the writers sort of gave the audience members who hated Jen an onscreen surrogate in the form of Doug Ross; at the end of the episode in which Mark finally admits to Doug that he and Jen have split, Doug rails off a laundry list of shit he always disliked about her, to help Mark feel better, including the observations that Jen was "uncaring" and "unsupportive." That was one of the only times I liked Doug.

I absolutely hate the Son of Sam on ER. He makes me want to shoot my tv.

Son of Sam?! That is the Best. Macroname. Ever. And perfect for that little shit. I had long since stopped regularly watching the series by the time he showed up, and his presence alone was enough to keep me away. Ugh.

I restate my hatred from the now-wretched, self-absorbed, maybe insane, grating Amy Grey. Hate her.

Let's see...She's annoying, shrill, narcissistic, shallow, materialistic, vain, whiny, judgmental, selfish, self-righteous, smug, skittish, a liar, a hypocrite, a cheater, ignorant, not funny, clueless, prudish, boring, wears bras when shouldn't, doesn't take her bra off when she should, and pretty much always looks like she needs a hot oil treatment, a roots touchup and a bath. What's more to hate?

Connor on Angel. HATE!! Everytime he came on I wanted to gouge out my eyes with a sharp stick. Eventually I just stopped watching season 4 completely and came back during season 5 when he was gone.

Thanks, Smilla. My Carrie rant was so very satisfying. I'm often troubled by how much hate I have for someone who isn't even real. (At least Natalie Portman lives and breathes!)
Sam, Charlotte and Miranda...that would be tougher. Each has her own negative qualities, but I don't really hate any of them. I strongly disliked Charlotte until she hooked up with Harry. (It's hard to out and out hate someone who has a decent heart -- and such nice hair!) Samantha was tiresome, but I thought she was fun. And Miranda was too snarky not to like, even if she could be a bit of a bitch.

Like many others, I HATE that Gorem guy on Criminal Intent. I've only watched it a few times 'cause he drives me bonkers.

I hate that kid! Hate hate hate! I saw one episode again and I wanted to kick that kid's ass. Also, he reminds me (looks wise) of Jonathan Taylor Thomas during the first season of Home Improvement.

I also hate that bratty bitch daughter on Listen Up. I was thinking of watching this show until I saw the previews during the summer where she was thowing a hissy about her father daring to show up at her soccer game.
