Her old nose suited her face and this one does not...well maybe when it heals it will looks better. She looks like she's wearing a lot of make up to cover the bruising on her face.

The pictures were taken outside of the hospital when they visited the survivors of the Spanair plane crash. So, it is not surprising that she looks upset.

Well she wasn't involved in the Thailand visit on the 16th, but then today she appears with a major inflated upper lip. I would hope she wouldn't be getting pregnant with all the things she is doing to her face.

I'm guessing folks are objecting to it being so monochromatic? I certainly would've picked a different color tights, or even just shoes, but the dress itself is pretty. I've seen far worse crimes of fashion!

Letizia doesn't have the same super-polished sense of style as Princess Mary, but I like that about her. She seems a bit less calculated in her fashion choices.

I think she used to dress better before she married but since she is only allowed to wear Spanish designers things have gone downhill.
