I love this show! How is there no thread? I hope I didn't miss it. I promised I searched. This show is so freaking cool! I didn't want it to end.

Topher, I think we should just be tv buddies! Whenever I post on the threads for my favorite shows, you are there!
I have never been a big comic book fan--I read them when I was younger, Spiderman, Fantastic Four Archie (hee!). But this show, which has such a comic book feel to it, really appeals to me.

I thought it was interesting...it'll either be great or end up a huge disappointment once everyone meets up in NYC.
I didn't understand the blonde woman's superpower...killing people in a blacked out fury??

I loved this show, too! So far it's the best of the new fall season for me. I love Hiro! He was so adorable and dorky. The previews look very interesting.
I'm not into comic books at all. I've never read one or care to read one. But I loved this show anyway.

I liked it. It's got potential and hopefully it will deliver. It will be interesting to see how the characters come together/ are already connected in some way.
I saw over on TWoP that the cheerleader's adoptive dad/ the horned-rim-glasses guy was Steven Carrington #2 on Dynasty. That's so random.

I have never been a big comic book fan--I read them when I was younger, Spiderman, Fantastic Four Archie (hee!). I think I should be insulted. I read them, and I'm 28. *sob* I sat down to watch this and rolled my eyes--I thought it was going to be just an X-men rip-off. Pleasantly surprised. I really like the Japanese guy, and the cheerleader (Wolverina?) but found some of it boring. I think that once it hits its stride, it could be excellent. I think the Vegas mom's power is having an evil double in reflective surfaces. Or something. That one was a little confusing. ETA: Did anyone else think the Indian doctor was handsome? Because that was my main focus whenever he was on screen--what a good looking fellow!

I think Nikki's got a Jekyll/Hyde, David Banner/Hulk thing going on, and it'll be a question of whether she can harness that side of her for good vs. primal violence. Yes, Mohinder is very easy on the easy.
