Me too! But I am heartbroken about Luke. He was such a great kid and I HATED that he didn't get the scholarship he deserved. I have to admit though, I fell for him and Becky, they were so adorable. To me they would've become Matt/Julie 2.0. The last scene, seeing Vince/Tink and Buddy Jr (where was Hastings?!?) as Panthers kicked me in the gut. To me they will always be Lions.

I am suprised as it hasn't started on regular tv yet even though it aired on satellite already. NBC has Season 5 premiering on April 15th. I am both bummed and excited for last season this is one of 2 not to miss shows I watch.

S5 started last week on NBC. I don't know if I can watch it again right now, I'm still heartbroken over losing it.

The show had four more seasons than I was expecting so I'm okay with it ending. Five is a good number. I'm so glad for the deal with Direct TV and that TPTB really believed in the show. It's so underrated but I know in a few years, everyone is going to look back and realize that it was a gem of a show.

They always ask me how it's possible that it isn't recognized like Lost, 24, Grey's Anatomy, etc. Shows like this and The Wire won't ever get the accolades they deserve, BUT, I know that years from now they will be studied for being what quality TV looks like.

I just watched the entire 5th season on DVD. Did I miss them showing where Billy ended up working? I don't remember them showing Mindy in the epilogue montage either. Was hoping I'd see them with the twins and Sammy, and some kind of closure about his job concern. The only part I caught was him building with Tim.

I'm about to kill some crushes. I worked at a charity event this weekend where Kyle Chandler was hosting. A ton of the cast were there. Scott Porter and Derek Phillips were so nice. Super sweet guys. At the auction check out, Scott picked up his item and gamely waited in line to pay, didn't once complain that the line was long. He and the others were so sweet and signed this guy's black and white picture and posed for the camera for a lot of people. They were super nice about it.
Then there was Taylor Kitsch. He was there with his girlfriend who is so skinny, like unhealthy skinny with fake boobs. Apparently that's what he goes for. He's somewhat friendly, chatting with people and taking photos, but at the end of the night when he went to go do check out for his auction items, he threw a fit because he got out bidded on a baseball that he wanted. He demanded that we look through the papers to see who won it so he could double what the guy was paying. We told him it was taken, but he insisted that we look anyways. Then his girlfriend was trying to calm him down and he was telling her that he's a fan and he should be the one to get it and that it wasn't worth what we requested the opening bid to be anyways. He kept saying that he was there right as the time was closing, but he wasn't. Everyone was really surprised by his behavior. Some of the other ladies who had worked at the event were once extras on the show and they said that he was so sweet a couple of years ago, but has changed now. He was such an ass. I learned the next day that earlier in the day, they had the cast sign golf flags to sell and was asked to print next to his name so they could tell who was who. He copped an attitude when the girl told him he needed to print next to the name, and almost said "do you know who I am". Over all impression of him is that he takes himself way too seriously, is an ass, and his success has gone to his head. I went from feeling slightly jealous of the girlfriend to feeling sorry for her.
Truly, the others were way nicer by comparison. Scott porter was lovely and Kyle was great as always. Kyle and Brad held up the golf game because they wanted to take the time and chat and hang out with everyone. Jesse Plemmons was there too and he was very friendly.
Taylor Kitsch was the only asshole of the entire roster of celebrities that were there.

Seriously, he's not famous enough to get away with shit like that for very long.

That is both disappointing and completely unsurprising.
