I think the skank is Warne. Shane's wife divorced him a couple of years ago due to his rampant infidelity. I think they still live together and tried a reconciliation about a year ago, but judging by some of his recent comments they aren't currently together.
I just find him pulling EH as odd (and funny) as fuck.

I'm guessing Liz had a hard time being faithful to Arun - total speculation based only on the "I'm bored, lick me" story from many pages ago and the open secret that she and Hugh Grant liked it dirty and Liz knew all along he was hiring hookers.
I've never heard of this Shane Wayne guy, but in the linked photo he looks kind of gay. She certainly doesn't have a physical type, but based on Hugh Grant, Steve Bing and this guy, I think she has a personality type - cocky dickish guys who like to cat around.
