I want to believe Kandi hired her friends to plan her wedding because Bravo was paying for it. This way the Kandi Factory is getting a salary and she gets a free wedding. Also, Kandi's tastes tend toward tacky, cheap, and slapped together. That's how she rolls. It's like she stopped maturing at the age she became famous, so her ideas of what's stylish and elegant feels like a 15 year old's.

Mama Joyce is just the worst. I have no explanation for her vile behaviour.

RHoA is Bravo's highest rated housewives franchise so that's why they're milking it. I'm a fan, but even I will admit I have ATL fatigue.

I showed a coworker the pics of Kandi's wedding and she was just ooohing and ahhhing over how beautiful it all was and that she just loved her dress. I think I kept a straight face but was incredulously laughing my ass off on the inside. I never knew people watched that scene in Coming to America and saw it as inspirational. What can you say, it takes all kinds!

I still have the last 2 parts of the RHOA reunion sitting on my DVR. Every time I try to watch it, I get so disgusted with Nene and Phaedra and Mama Joyce that I want to turn it off. I'm definitely not going to watch Kandi's wedding special. I've had enough of Joyce, thankyouverymuch.

Does Ladies of London qualify for this thread, since it's basically Real Housewives of London and definitely doesn't seem like it would warrant its own thread? I'm watching it and enjoying the shadiness of Noelle and her recently incarcerated former billionaire boyfriend; the total unabashed famewhoriness of Caprice and her tandem pregnancy/surrogacy (she seems like she could be one of Eddy's clients on Ab Fab); overly enthusiastic Americans Marissa and Juliet; too-cool-for-this-world, Kate Moss and Alexander McQueen BFF Annabelle; and catty, name-dropping socialite Caroline, who I think I actually like best of the group and find the most fascinating.
