Fitz, I'm trying to like your comment, and nothing is happening. So if you see a notice that I liked it three times, that's why. And if you don't see a notice, here it is.
Who are the 2020 Eurovision entries to check out? I am totally out of the loop, like I said, it seems like Eurovision just happened.

eclair no nothing showed up that’s odd. Anyway the Eurovision that didn’t happen* seems to be on YouTube in fact there is a whole Eurovision channel, now I haven’t delved deeply yet but I think all this years songs have videos there. *Mans from Sweden ( 2015) did a lovely version of his Heroes of our Time dedicated to all frontline workers, during the Eurovision that didn’t happen live stream, which was to misquote Graham Norton was bonkers, lovely and a little touching at times just like the real thing.

Fitz, I think my computer mouse is dying. I liked your comment really hard just now and it worked!
I'll check out that channel and the video, thanks. One year one of the U.S. cable channels covered the last part of Eurovision. Carson Kressly was a pretty good host. I recorded it and ended up watching it after I had my appendix out. It was a very good match for being on pain pills and not able to do much. Although I hadn't realized that last bit was algebra and geography, with countries presenting their points. It really looked like Australia was going to win Eurovision.
So I guess there won't be a world cup this year?

Since the announcement, when FIFA was still led by Sepp Blatter and a lot of other people brought through corruption charges, it's been tainted by all sorts of allegations, including whether slave labor is used to build stadiums. And also, how on earth the players are going to handle the weather. But Euro 2020 was supposed to happen this year, and it's postponed until next year.

‘Tis Eurovision week again, I missed last nights semi final and Ireland in tmrws tho I’m never that into the semi finals, it’s the big night on Saturday I’ll watch and listen to Graham Norton snark about them all and raise a glass for Terry Wogan during song 9! Song Ireland ( if Brooke goes thru) Otherwise Team Ukraine. Bring on the camp musical insanity! ( that in the 90s we won so often it nearly bankrupted the National Broadcaster!!) Edit This Irish entry and I think top three for that year, is responsible for an earworm every single time I go thru an airport since 1984.... Terminal 3... Flights on time! Edit Apparently no song is been sung in French this year, first time ever! Oh And Jean Valjean’s real crime happened in1978

Faves so far Norway (batshit wolf heads costumes) Spain( banger of tune Jennifer Lopez turned down apparently) Ukraine ( folk hip hop for the win)
Ireland didn’t get out of the semi final.
Edit Moldova bounce in to my faves! Hey ho Let’s go!

Ukraine is my emotional favourite.
Spain knocked it out of the park
UK entry was not embarrassing, which is a nice change of pace!
