The only good part in this latest episode is the mini Veronica Mars reunion.
Seriously, what the hell was all that? It was incredibly tedious and to be honest the implied idea that Brenan or the doctor somehow were lacking in their life because they don't have a partner or don't have children is something particularly obnoxious to me. Haaaaaaaate that kind of thinking!

Haaaaaaaate that kind of thinking! I know--so much hate. They could've had Brennan realize her feelings for Booth without the offensive "your life is worthless without a man/children" bullshit. How much longer is Hannah going to be on this show? She is the biggest Mary Sue.

How much longer is Hannah going to be on this show? She is the biggest Mary Sue. Maybe that's why I can't stand her. It's like nails on a chalkboard everytime she has a scene. Ugh. I also hated the implication about single women being lacking. Annoying. What was with the night watchman? Ghost? Figment? Uhm...brain tumor??

The whole thing wasn't quite as bad as the brain tumor episodes, but it was close. They've gone that route already -- badly -- I think they need to stay far away from that kind of storyline. And I'm sorry, but I just don't buy such a rational person becoming so irrational. That was straight-up mental illness and shouldn't have been treated so lightly. It just didn't fit at all.

Seriously. She was freaking hallucinating and talking to herself, girlfriend needed a psychiatrist badly. If anyone else on this show had been behaving that way they'd be packed off to the looney bin.

As much as I enjoyed seeing that actor again (Veronica Mars fan here!), it was a total WTF moment. At first, I was thinking, "Wait, he's being introduced like viewers already know who he is ... have we seen this guy before?"
I don't mind seeing Brennan regret not giving Booth a chance (although I totally see other posters' point about how annoying it is when shows do the whole "single and childless = empty existence"), but it was so ham-fisted. I'd have loved to see Brennan come to the conclusion that she made a mistake on her own, without having to hallucinate and talk to people who don't exist. I don't mind Brennan growing and changing and realizing relationships are important -- and maybe letting her guard down a bit -- but this was over the top. Pretty much, this:
She did break my heart when she was crying in Booth's car, though.
I'm with you guys. The sooner Hannah is gone, the better. Ugh.

Hannah's line, "I binged it", was the stupidest thing I've ever heard on television. What, is she the product placement character? I hate the way she speaks (mush mouth), too.

Hannah is too perfect to start acting like an asshole now, so the only way they can salvage the Boone/Brennan thing is to kill her off. Probably she'll marry Boone first, get all domestic with the kid and husband, and then die in some work related incident. Hannah is doomed to die, mark my words.
Brennan's breakdown in the car was embarrassing.

I was waiting for her to offer Booth some Chex Mix or Wanchai Ferry Chinese Food. Her marble-mouth bugs, too. Yeah, I think Hannah the Perfect (she interviews the President! she rides camels!) is marked for death, too. That means next season will be all about Booth mourning. Yay. In trying to avoid the "Moonlighting Curse" *, this show has succumbed to the Lame Ass Show Curse. * I watched Moonlighting and the problem wasn't Maddie/David hooking up, it was that they weren't even together after that. Like, the characters were literally separated (as in, not even in scenes together) for most of the season afterwards.

I hope the resolution of Hannh's storyline has to do with some breach of ethics as a journalist that offends Booth. Or that she took one risk too many and put his loved ones in danger. Killing her off is just too soap opera-y.
