Sheesh. Do they have innocent 12-year-olds writing this stuff? The sex/pregnancy thing just seemed like something a kid would come up with, not a grown adult.

Booth: [surprised look]
Brennan: And you're the father.
Booth:

I fully expect the rest of that scene to be as such:

Booth: [chuckle] Well, that would be quite the trick, seeing as how we've never done it.
Brennan: [laugh] I know, I just wanted to see what you'd say. I plan to get pregnant someday, and I still think you'd be a good genetic source.
[Both toddle off to eat some diner pie]

I don't for a minute think they can't back off of that cliffhanger if they got a bad fan reaction.

I doubt it. We all know Brennan doesn't have a sense of humor. From a lot of places I've seen on the internets, people are eating it up with a spoon. ZOMG SHE'S PREGNANT YAAAAY! I did read some funny "scenarios" that could go on between Booth and Brennan, if/while she's pregnant, though. They just need better writers.

I'm pretty sure I'm only watching out of habit and because I need something to watch while I knit. The show is getting painfully bad. It's all such a farce. I'm fine with suspending reality, but not when it's this stupid. Daisy's reaction to the toy, among other things, was just eye-rollingly bad. And the ridiculous male stereotypes of Booth last week made me cringe and seriously consider giving up on the show then and there.

I finally gave up on it this year. I just can't handle yet another TV pregnancy where the couple in question became a couple off-screen.

I don't see the sense in adding another intern. We have enough intern options as is.

Plus they resolved the Booth/Brennan thing by avoiding it completely... Will or won't they? Well yes they did, but you didn't get to see it after waiting all these years. Haha hah - Burn!

I hate Daisy. That is all. Bring back the intern from last week, the one being called Opie.

The writers really missed a great oppurtunity. They should've had Bones use Booth's sperm donation, scratched the Hannah storyline, and explored the couples co-parenting that eventually evolved into a commitment.

I'm so over this damned show. Sucks because it used to be one of my top three! Bones and Booth are ridiculous. I may stick around for Hodgins and Opie now, though. They don't need more interns, but I think he's adorable.

I'm sure I'm one of the few still watching this pig, but really, WTF? They go through entire episodes to nail this guy and then he gets whisked away to Egypt in the last two minutes? It makes no sense. I'm not sure I can even watch this anymore.
