From everything I've read about Goldie, though, she holds these beliefs too, although she isn't as vocal about them. I've always read about how she's such a nurturer, she's always cooking for her family (not eating obviously), etc. And, alledgedly, she lets Kurt have affairs because men aren't made to be monogamous. All that and she's a gazillionaire actress/producer too! The perfect woman.

I have a friend who went to high school with Kate. She wasn't considered hot back then by the guys -- maybe it's the nose-job(s) that have upped Kate's ante. And Kate wasn't considered smart. DUH :-)

Good for Kate to get as far as she has! Because I'm sure some stunningly gorgeous 16-year-old forced into prostitution in India but with the same lack of any kind of discernable talent, or perhaps some discernable talent, will get equally as famous sometime soon...

I mean having Goldie Hawn, Giggles, as a mother, and growing up in Malibu, surrounded by movie stars, means ABOSLUTELY NOTHING, right Kate?

I like Kate. A lot. I haven't read that many interviews with her, so perhaps that might sway my opinion of her, but at the moment I think she's great. Almost Famous is one of my favorite movies, and she really won me over as Penny Lane (I suppose I should add that I haven't seen any of her other movies, so I can't really comment on her acting outside of this movie). She's cute and bubbly, and she seems very genuine and approachable. Also, I adore her fashion sense (except for that hideous Stella McCartney gown she wore to the Oscars). She always looks great, and she has her own sense of style. I do think she's married to a prick, though, so that makes me sad.

I agree her face looks fuller and a little haggard, but I like her post-pregnancy body. I know she is trying desperately to get back down to her stick figure self, but I think she looks really good with a little more weight and some actual breasts.

And she should just STFU about feminism, women's roles, men's roles etc. and go smoke another joint and get the hell out of my face already.
