Thanks. This is a misheard lyric I remember from going to singles bars in the 1970s. My friend and I smoked a doobie before we got there and then had a drink or two, so we were somewhat twisted. A guitarist was sitting on a stool and singing Neil Diamond hits. When he launched into "Solitary Man," I thought I heard this: "I'll be what I am, Salivary glands" My friend and I still sing it that way. My BFF was stunned to learn that ABBA hadn't been saying 'wannado' Me: the bit about Napoleon being defeated didn't clue you in, even a little bit? Nope. Not at all. I love her so much! |
